How can I pay my rent?

The easiest way to pay your rent is to set up an automatic ACH transfer. This is free and ensures that your rent arrives on time every month! No late fees, no writing checks. You can also pay with your credit card for a small fee, and of course, you can mail (see address below) a check if you prefer.

RE501 does NOT accept cash.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in many (but not ALL) RE501 properties. Company policies, cities, owners, complex/HOA rules, etc., have limitations on the number, size, species, and breed.  Call to learn more specific limitations of the property in which you are interested.

Are there any additional costs to have a Pet?

We do not charge any additional FEES to have a pet.  However, there is a substantial DEPOSIT.  You will never pay a “non-refundable” pet deposit because that is not a deposit – it is a fee. You will be required to pay a refundable pet deposit in addition to your regular security deposit. As long as there is no damage when you move out of the property, your deposit(s) will be refunded.


How are maintenance requests handled?

We want you to be comfortable in your home! Not only do we want to hear about any maintenance issues, you are required to tell us! This is so that we can take care of small things before they become larger issues. We have a team of subcontractors who we have worked with for years who stand ready to tackle any issues that come up, from leaky faucets to an air conditioner that doesn’t work. We work quickly so that you are inconvenienced as little as possible.
